ORDER

1.   Please place your order 1 week in advance for small quantity and

      3 weeks in advance for bulk order. THE EARLIER THE BETTER!

2.   Isi kan borang order yg kat bawah page ni dan submit 

3.   Setelah membuat order anda akan menerima order
      confirmation melalui email. please double check your order
      thoroughly and confirm.

      

4.   Jika tiada pengesahan dalam masa 3 hari, order dianggap BATAL.

5.   Give me a call or email to inquire about product pricing.

      * menu item and price may subject to change from time to time.

PAYMENT
1.   Deposit 50% for booking.

      orders will only be processed once payment is received.

      (kindly sms / email me detail once payment is done)

2.  Kindly made payment within 3 days upon your confirmed orders.

      (mengelakan dari kelewatan penghasilan product yg di order)

3.   Full payment is required when collect orders.

4.   Price do not include the postage and cost of delivery.
      buyer are to bear all shipping cost. 

5.   Harga postage akan mengikut berat yg ditentukan oleh pos
      malaysia atau courier yg digunakan. (starting RM6)


POSTAGE FEE
Peninsular Malaysia : 0 - 5kg : RM15 ** for every extrs kg : RM2
Sabah / Sarawak : 0 - 5kg : RM45 ** for every extra kg : RM3

CANCELLATION

1.   Any cancellation orders must be made through

      EMAIL / SMS / CALL


2.   No refund untuk cancell order last minute sorii yee...

DELIVERY 
1.   Untuk courier, foam box akan digunakan utk mengelak kan choc

      TERcedera or  cair... nanti tak sempat cair dlm mulut dah cair dlm
      perjalanan.... oleh itu kena la ada la penambahan RM nyer...

    
2.   We will not be responsible for any damages or loss incured
      during shipping.

3.   Delivery service is optional. Rates charged will be base on
      location N is made according to number of orders.

PICK-UP

1.   Customer are advice to self collect your goods from our place in

      order to save costs N keselamatan chocolate.

2.   Alamat / location akan di email setelah membuat confirmation
